.Let's walk through using AdminAnywhere. We will assume for these examples that your server is called 'yourServer.com'. Substitute the actual values for your situation.
You must activate the software at http://yourServer.com:8180 before using it in your solution.
To manage users that are using FileMaker solutions hosted by FileMaker Server, click on the green "person" icon.
To view user details, click on the user's machine name.
The detail view lets you disconnect users from the server or send messages to users. At the bottom of the page is a list of databases the user has open. Click on a database name to view a detail page for that database
To manage databases, click on the orange "folder" icon.
To quickly close/open databases click on the status label.
To view details of a database, click on the database name. The detail page lets you open/close, pause/unpause, and send messages to users of a database.
To manage backup schedules, click on the blue "clock" icon.
To run a backup schedule immediately, use the corresponding
Run
link.
To view details of a backup schedule, click on the schedule name. The detail page lets you run and enable/disable schedules.
To view the FileMaker Server log, click on the "wrench" icon and click on the
View server log
link.
This feature is not available for FileMaker Server 8 on Windows, but it works with FileMaker Server 8-12 on OS X, and with FileMaker Server 9-12 on all platforms.
